Be sure to visit the new heated swimming pool and hot tub at the Douglas Clark Community Center. This lushly landscaped 9,000 square foot clubhouse and banquet hall includes a beautiful kitchen, billiard room, poker room, exercise room, library/computer room and shuffleboard courts.

This Center also functions as a pet-friendly storm shelter, (wind rated at 155 mph with full propane electrical generator for our residents safety)

There are shops and a grocery store close-by, as well as a dozen golf courses within a ten minute drive. A ten minute drive will also get you to a shopping mall or the beautiful drive-on beach of Daytona.
